ברוך בואכם לוויקימילון!

שלום וברוך בואכם לוויקימילון, המילון העברי החופשי הראשון. ויקימילון הוא מילון חופשי ופתוח שבו כל אחד יכול לקרוא ולהיעזר, ובנוסף גם לערוך את הערכים שבו.

להלן מעט מידע שאנו מקווים שיהיה לך לתועלת:

• הוספת ערכים: אחת הדרכים העיקריות שבהן ניתן לתרום להתפתחותו של ויקימילון היא כתיבת ערכים חדשים. לכל ערך בוויקימילון יש תבנית אחידה הנועדה להקל על קריאתו ולשוות לו מראה רציני. ביכולתכם להוסיף ערכים לוויקימילון בקלות. לפרטים נוספים: כתיבת ערך חדש.

• עריכה: אם יש לכם מה להוסיף או לשפר בערך שקראתם, הנכם מוזמנים לעשות זאת. לחצו על לשונית העריכה אשר בראש העמוד ותקנו כמיטב הבנתכם. לפני שמירת השינוי, מומלץ ללחוץ קודם על "הראה תצוגה מקדימה" ולוודא שהעריכה נעשתה כראוי. לפרטים נוספים: איך עורכים דף. רשימת הערכים הדורשים עריכה/שכתוב נמצאת כאן.

• דפי משתמש: לכל משתמש רשום בוויקימילון יש "דף משתמש" ודף "שיחת משתמש". דף המשתמש (אליו ניתן להגיע בלחיצה על שמו של המשתמש) משמש בדרך כלל את המשתמש כדי להציג פרטים על עצמו. דף השיחה של המשתמש (כמו דף זה) משמש להשארת הודעות אישיות למשתמש.

• דפי שיחה: בראש כל דף בוויקימילון, מופיעה לשונית השיחה, שלחיצה עליה מובילה לדף השיחה על הערך. בדף זה ניתן לדון עם משתמשים אחרים בתוכנו של הערך. ניתן להוסיף בקלות הערה לדף השיחה באמצעות לחיצה על לשונית ההוספה (שמסומנת בסימן פלוס, +) הנמצאת בראש הדף.

• חתימות: מומלץ מאוד לחתום בסוף כל הערה שכתבתם. כדי לעשות זאת הוסיפו ארבעה סימני ~ (זרקא, tilde) בסוף הטקסט שכתבתם. סימנים אלו יהפכו אוטומטית לחתימה הכוללת את שמכם, את הקישור לדף המשתמש שלכם, את השעה ואת התאריך שבהם נכתבה ההודעה. החתימות מיועדות לדפי השיחה בלבד. בוויקימילון לא נהוג לחתום בתוך הערכים (את רשימת התורמים לכל ערך ניתן למצוא בלשונית "היסטוריית הדף" שבראשו).

• הודעה אישית: כדי להעביר מסר או הודעה למשתמש מסוים, יש להיכנס לדף השיחה של אותו משתמש באמצעות לחיצה על שמו ולאחר מכן על לשונית השיחה. לחיצה על לשונית ההוספה (שמסומנת בסימן פלוס, +) תאפשר לכתוב הודעה חדשה. לאחר הוספת הודעה בדף השיחה, המשתמש יקבל חיווי על כך שממתינה לו הודעה.

• קבלת עזרה: אם אתם זקוקים לעזרה נוספת באפשרותכם לקרוא את דפי העזרה. שאלות לשוניות או התייעצויות כלליות יש להפנות לדלפק הייעוץ. אם ברצונכם לשאול שאלה הנוגעת למדיניות או לנהלים בוויקימילון אתם מוזמנים לעשות זאת במזנון.

• לתשומת לבכם: אין להכניס לוויקימילון חומר המוגן בזכויות יוצרים או תרגום שלו. מעשה כזה מהווה עבירה פלילית חמורה ופגיעה במדיניות שלנו.

the Wiktionary Tremendous Group

You're welcome to participate to this brand new collective exploration of the lexicoworld by helping to translate in Hebrew, find a fancy logo, contact people or mention places where the announce have to be made. There is still a lot to do, only main pages are there. Soon, I will translate some cool stuff we made in French: 2015 summary, skills list, banner and more. I also plan to visit every community so help welcome! Spread the word

Invitation to affiliate members to complete a survey about WMF wide Universal Code of Conduct

Hello; My name is Mervat, and I am helping the Trust and Safety team to reach out to affiliates in order to discuss the Universal Code of Conduct.  

There has been talks about the need for a global set of conduct rules in different communities over time, and finally, Wikimedia Foundation Board announced a Community Culture Statement, enacting new standards to address harassment and promote inclusivity across projects.Since the universal code of conduct that will be a binding minimum set of standards across all Wikimedia projects, will apply to all of us, staff and volunteers alike, all around the globe, and will impact our work as groups, individuals and projects, it’s of great importance that we all participate in expressing our opinions and thoughts about UCoC, its nature, what we think it should cover or include and what it shouldn’t include; how it may develop, drawback or help our groups.   This is the time to talk about it. As you are a valuable contributor to the Wikimedia movement, your voice counts. Before starting to draft the code of conduct, we would like to hear from you; We invite you to devote some minutes to take this survey; your answers will help us create a safer environment for all on Wikimedia:
