Shalom. Sorry for using english. I'd like to draw your attention to the ticket I link in the title of this thread. It happens that on this project local administrators can add both the patroller and autopatroller user groups, but nobody can locally remove them. I think it was an oversight of when those user rights were enabled. To fix this, we need to know which users should be able to remove this rights locally (sysops or bureaucrats).
